GRILL ELECTRICAL PRESSER SCALLOPATIA

Electro-pressed steps, according to DIN 24531, type A’, made of grating with supporting slats 25/2 or 25/3 or 30/3 or 40/3, transverse helical bars and 34x38mm loop, special sides 70/3mm with holes (to be screwed on the ladder carriers) and non-slip front, hot-dip galvanized according to ISO 1461 (DIN 50976).

ELECTRIC PRESSING GRILLS

Electropressers are the grates made from longitudinal blades and transverse twisted or straight bars by the method of electrofusion. This means that the transverse twisted or straight bars are self-welded and sunk into the cross-blades at relative distances from each other forming suitable square loops.

This technologically advanced production method ensures the fast, economical and quality production of industrial grates worldwide.

The electro-pressing grates are thus welded at each node (blade – cross), which ensures the preservation of the physical and mechanical properties of the grate after any treatment and under any conditions. These racks show high stability and optimal load distribution.

ASCO grill production line is fully automated with 2500 KVA power. It is the most modern machine in Europe, of the well-known leading Austrian company EVG. It has the ability, with the appropriate parameterization, to produce grids in sheets with slats up to 8mm thick and in slats of 15, 20, 30, 34 and 41mm as well as their multiples. In this way the line can also produce loops such as 50, 60 and 68mm which are suitable for fence railings.

PRESSING GRILLS

The grates made from longitudinal slats and transverse slats using the pressing method are called pressers. This means that the transverse slats are pressed and sunk into pre-made specially shaped notches, on top of the longitudinal slats and at specific distances between them, forming suitable square loops.

This production method ensures the fast, economical quality production of grills, without welding at the nodes and enables the production of very narrow channels.

Pressed gratings are the most suitable for architectural applications and the line produces finished dimensions and balustrades.

The production line has the ability to produce grates with serrated longitudinal and transverse blades for additional anti-slip.
