PRESSERS

The Press Grilles are manufactured from longitudinal and transverse slats using the pressing method. This means that the transverse slats are pressed and sunk into pre-made grooves of a special shape, on top of the longitudinal slats and at specific distances between them, forming suitable square or rectangular loops.

This production method ensures the fast, economical and quality production of grills, without welding at the nodes and enables the production of very narrow loops. The standard dimensions have a special T profile around the perimeter.

Press gratings are most suitable for architectural applications and special cases of pedestrian traffic.

It is possible to order grates of various widths, with serrated longitudinal and transverse blades for additional anti-slip.

The Racks are available in basic loops (axial) 33×33 mm (Din 24537-1) – 33×11 mm – 50×11 mm.
