Black wire is called soft non-galvanized (or otherwise burnt) wire. It is made from low carbon coarse wire through the annealing process. The most common use of black wire is to bond various materials together.
It is mainly used in industry with various applications, such as structural meshes, but also in various constructions such as metal furniture and lighting.
In construction, it is used for tying rebar, grids, molds and mantles.
As well as in agriculture, it is used as paper binding wire for baling animal feed.
It is also used in decorative constructions and handicrafts.
