Fire safety metal door of the NINZ factory in Italy, opening single-leaf or double-leaf 60′ or 120′ minutes

Fireproof door leaf with a total thickness of 60mm made externally of a double sheet of 0.8mm galvanized sheet metal and internally of high density insulating fireproof material

Corner frame in galvanized steel, 1.5 mm thick

Lock with key

Black safety knob

Weight approximately 35 Kg/m2 for 60′ doors and 45 Kg/m2 for 120′ doors

Two reinforced hinges per leaf. One has a spring for door return adjustment

Possibility of reversing the door, right or left

Reinforcement plates integrated into the inside of the door leaf, for stable panic bar installation

28 mm heat-inflatable rubber around the frame to completely seal the door in case of fire

Door paint with ecological color, RAL 9002, white

Possibility of manufacturing doors of special dimensions and colors, upon request

UNIVER fire safety metal doors are certified according to the Italian UNI or European EN standards for 60′ and 120′. There is the possibility of incorporating a skylight.
