The metal profile with Dutch tile pattern is an architectural profile, simulating the tile. It is used as a covering of roofs with a slope of not less than 10%. It is a light profile (weight per unit area) and is ideal for seismic areas. The profile was designed to meet all overlay profile specifications for its intended applications.
The specially designed connection joint, in combination with the deep gutter, offers great water drainage and ensures the perfect fitting and waterproofing of the profiles.

Dutch Tile Profile
Self-supporting metal sheets with a Dutch tile pattern made of galvanized or pre-painted metal sheets can be used as a covering of ceilings and pitched roofs in all types of buildings.
They are distinguished by:
- easy and quick standard installation
- excellent resistance to weather conditions and corrosion
- very good bearing capacity as a roof profile
- excellent water drainage due to the groove
They are produced with:
- useful width of 1100mm in various sheet thicknesses
- in customized lengths from 0.49m to 6.09m with 350mm pitch, depending on project needs

Sheets
It is possible to choose metal sheets from different materials in different thicknesses. The metal sheets available for the production of the profile can be steel, aluminum and stainless steel. The thickness of the plates ranges from 0.40mm to 1.00mm. Pre-painted and galvanized steel sheets of 0.50 mm thickness are usually used.

Please ask us about available coatings (Polyester, Plastisol, PVDF, Food Safe, Non-Toxic and Anti-mould) and available colors (RAL 1014 to RAL 9010).
Classic Polyester paint
Polyester paints are the most widespread, common and the most economical laminate coatings. They are suitable for both exterior and interior surfaces. With a nominal coating thickness of > 20μm they have very good resistance to external environmental conditions.
Durable Plastisol paint
The Plastisol coating is extremely resistant to outdoor weather conditions. It belongs to the category of “self-healing” coatings in mechanical damages. With a nominal coating thickness of 200μm, it is suitable for external applications where the requirements for strength are high.
High demand PVDF paint
PVDF paint is suitable for buildings with architectural applications where texture and color retention are important. The nominal thickness of the coating is > 35μm and is classified in category s1, in terms of its reaction to fire.
Coating color options
An extremely large number of coating color options are available. Please ask us about available colors (RAL 1014 to RAL 9010).
